  • Guest：Room was so comfortable and service more than excellent. Our flight was leaving late and they provide us a solution to be pleasant as we travel with children. We kindly appreciate their help.

The floor was not clean: there were hairs, crumbs, and sunflower seeds. We asked for it to be cleaned, but the dirt remained. The building, the room, the bed linens, and the towels are old. The towels were torn, and there was an unpleasant smell on the pillows. The bathroom appears outdated, and there was a leak from the shower onto the bathroom floor. Soundproofing was poor, and we could hear doors closing. As for breakfast, there was very little choice, especially for Western guests: low-quality bread and butter. The hotel clearly needs renovation and more care. ?? We liked the location, very convenient. The air conditioning worked well, and the room temperature was comfortable during winter. The room was equipped with a mini fridge, a hair dryer, and a scale. Check-in was quick, and the room was ready.
